Objectivel: Align higher education institutions with the United Nations in supporting and contributing to the achievement of UN goals and mandates, including the promotion and protection of human rights, access to education, sustainability, and conflict resolution

Objective: To discuss ways to promote cooperation programs and scientific and cultural exchanges between university communities associated with the main passage points of the First Voyage of Circumnavigation, focused on four main areas: Politics, Economy and Governance; History, Culture and Heritage (inscription of the good "Route of Magellan" on the UNESCO World Heritage list); Oceans, Environment and Climate; and Science, Technology and Communication.

Objective: Promote knowledge and technology sharing in an integrated manner and cover all the member-states of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP), ensuring the creation of knowledge-sharing mechanisms in Portuguese-speaking countries with 3 integrated and complementary approaches (Web, Network and Facilitation)

Objective: To promote interaction among the member institutions, aggregating and systematizing knowledge that can subsidize the elaboration of international cooperation policies, in order to strengthen the health systems of the member countries
